CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
All interested individuals and parties are invited to submit abstracts to APASL STC 2022 WUHAN. All abstracts will undergo review by Scientific Committee and will be selected for oral or poster presentations.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 10 August, 2022.
Accepted abstract will be included in the Abstract Book of the conference.
An submitted abstract will be withdrawn only upon written request from the submitting author. Requests to withdraw an abstract must contain the submitting author’s name and abstract title. To withdraw an abstract, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
All abstracts must be submitted in via the system in the conference website.
Official Language:
All presentations at APASL STC 2022 WUHAN will be in English. Presentations must be by an author who speaks and understands English to ensure a coherent presentation and a satisfactory question and answer session.

Abstract Structure
Title: The title of your abstract should be precise and explicit. The number of characters in your title should be between 50 and 250 maximums.
Authorship: List all authors with full name (not only initials) and their affiliations
Abstract body:
Abstracts should be between 500-2,500 characters including spaces (excluding title and authors). Do not use abbreviations, footnotes or references in the abstract.
You should structure your abstract using the following headings:
• Background and aims
• Methods
• Results
• Conclusions
• Figure/Table: Only one image per abstract in JPG/BMP format with enough resolution (minimum 150dpi).
AWARDS & GRANTS
Presidential Award
The one who performed the most excellent work and presentation in APASL STC WUHAN will be chosen by the president and the scientific committee to encourage further research and progress.
Best Oral and Poster Awards
Appointed judging panel will evaluate the free paper presentations including Q&A discussion during the conference. Maximum 5 Oral presentations and 5 Poster presentations will be selected to receive the Best Oral Presentation Awards and Best Poster Presentation Awards.
Young Investigator Award (Under 40 years old)
The purpose of the award is to praise outstanding examples of excellence among those involved in research training in the early stages of their career.

Criteria for Consideration
* Applicant must be aged 40 years or younger at the time of application.
* Applicant must be of a nationality from the Asia Pacific region.
* Applicant must be the presenting author of his/her abstract and a registered participant of the conference.
* Content of the abstract must represent original work and not presented/published previously.
